Gwen vs Starfire

Their power sets are so similar, but Gwen can use hers as a shield, so I'd give her the edge.  Also, Starfire on the TV show never seems to get much effect from the blasts she sends out.

Can Gwen tap into her crazy alien type thingy powers if so she takes this easily if not Starfire should win as much as i hate to say it i really disliked her character in the show
