Guyver versus Darkhawk

Shō Fukamachi ( 深町 晶 , Fukamachi Shō )

versus

Darkhawk (Christopher Powell) :

Scenerio: Kronos thinking that they found an ancient device from the Creators to destroy the Guyver actually blast Sho with a transdimensional teleporter that zaps him right into the Marvel Universe and in the middle of the   Realm of Kings storyline on the planet Shi'ar. Seeing his formidable power, the Shi'ar enlist Sho to hunt down Darkhawk to capture or kill him for the framed assassiation of the Shi'ar Queen with the promise of sending him back to his own dimension...Sho agrees and proceeds to hunt Powells down and eventually finds him before Nove. Battle begins. 

RULES:

1) NO GUYVER GIGANTIC...remember Sho is in the Marvel Universe and he wasn't in the unit at the time of his teleportation...so he's just plain Guyver.

2) Chris Powell has the UPGRADED version of the DarkHawk armor...

3) NO INTERFERENCE...ALL POWERS that the current combatants currently have can be used.  
 
4) Based on their desperation...there can be either a capture or kill.

I somewhat question the Guyver's ability to win against someone that did hurt Nova.

I think This is a Toss up. If Sho keeps him at a distance he wins but I think if Chris gets up Close and uses his strength well we have an idea how that may go. then again the Guyver has been known to take out more powerful foes on it's on without Sho. Like I said Toss up.
