No prep for either. Guts has his Dragonslayer sword and his mechanical hand. Conan has as steel shield, a battle axe, and a broadsword. The fight is in a dense forest. For those unfamiliar with Guts' skills, here you are.
Guts(Berserk) VS Conan the Barbarian
Taken from my old post, I don't think Conan has done anything nearly as impressive as Guts. YOU MUST CLICK ON THE SPOILER TO SEE MORE FEATS.

Here are some skill feats of Guts.Defeats this guy that has incredible agility and fighting skill.
EDIT: Well I just made a long post of Gut's fight with Zodd... but the forum deleted it because of flood protection! Waste of 10 minutes...Gut's vs Zodd second encounter.
Zodd is super humanly fast. He has fought and killed 300 men in one battle, literally. Guts manages to fight his human form to the point where he breaks Zodd's sword and Zodd turns into his true form. In the original Japanese kanji, Rickert comments that he can't even see the sword fight happening at one point. It's obvious that Rickert begins to follow the sword fight once they start flipping around the battlefield instead of just swinging and trading sword blows. Gut's sword is a 300lb slab of iron that has absorbed 100s of demons blood reinforcing it and making it a lot stronger.
Because I got screwed, I don't feel like reposting the images all over again. Please read from page 50 to page 75 where the fight pretty much ends.

Bumpy.
I think current Conan wins, honestly. He has fought Ghost Riders, eldritch gods, mountain sized monsters, nearly killed high-tiers like Vision and etc. He has a sword from Doom's personal armory of magical weapons and used to have a symbiote for himself.

When did he do that? Kind of sounds like bs, tbh.

Avengers: No Road Home#7, but I sort of overblew it. Conan didn't nearly kill Vision, but did seem to damage him by a considerable margin, since even his speech pattern was effected:
@andromeda1001:
Huh, I read that series but don't even remember that.
Unless that axe was made of special material, I'd say this is just a low showing for Vision, it's not consistent with his durability at all.
@wastelandman: Conan has actually cut through demon lords and skyfathers. Like Razazel and Crom(Conan Vol.3#7,8,10,12):
So I wouldn't say it's a bad feat for Vision. Conan is pretty busted these days.
That does make me feel better about Vision, but does Conan use special weaponry? That doesn’t seem possible otherwise no matter how strong you are.
@wastelandman: Also, Conan was recently going toe to toe with Thulsa Doom in Savage Avengers Vol.2#3:
Same Thulsa was able to impale Weapon H:
Again, Conan is pretty powerful right now.

I believe Hyborian steel has enchanted properties, iirc. Much like how Valyrian steel in GoT isn't like the other ordinary swords.
Ohh, ok that makes sense. Alright I have to give it to him then, he’s pretty impressive. I just didn’t get the impression he rolled like that from what I read of him from the first Savage Avengers series, I thought he was like a low street or something.
Conan fights early homids in neanderthal times and he fights broken down kingdoms in the dark ages and also if conan fights a super powered being Connan will get the correct items or trinkets to destroy them
Guts doesnt need anything except his big ass sword to defeat super powered beings

Classic Conan, yes. As I said, Conan has been written much more powerful these days.

Current Marvel Conan is leagues above his times back at Dark Horse comics and when was first created by Robert Howard. He has defeated all sort of super powered beings with just his ordinary/standard items.
@tparks: Thoughts?
@andromeda1001: From what I know of Conan, which isn’t a lot, I think Guts should win. He seems better in about every way.
But I don’t know Conan enough to say for sure.
@tparks: There's an RT on Reddit, but it's outdated. As I said multiple times, current Marvel Conan is on a whole new compared to his past self. He has the strength to match Namor underwater, speed to keep up with Spiderman, and the durability to tank attacks from the eldritch god Jhoatun Lau(Powerful enough for Kulan Gath to use it to conquer entire civilizations across the cosmos).
As for his items, Conan's sword comes from Doom's armory of magical items, so should be pretty powerful.
@andromeda1001: If he can match Namor, then he’s a lot stronger then Guts.
Keeping up with Spider-Man can be good, but almost every character at Marvel has done that, so it’s hard to scale of Spider-Man, specially since he holds back so much in character.
I’m not sure if I know anything about Jhoatun Lao. I don’t recall the character, but if he’s as powerful as he sounds, he should be more durable then Guts.
Sounds like Guts might lose this one.

As far as speed goes, Conan has also bullet timing before(Savage Avengers#12):
And reacted to lightning guns(Conan: Battle For The Serpent Crown#1):
I do think Conan wins this one, imo.
@andromeda1001: Kinda look like he could just be reacting to their aim tbh, and lightning, lasers, etc. are generally pretty unquantifiable in fiction tbh.
@zetsu-san: I don't believe so. Conan was focused on another gunman before the bullet was fired.

I mean, situational awareness and peripheral vision is a thing.
