In all seriousness, it's my first time posting to the battle threads, and I'm happy I learned about a character/series I wasn't familiar with before. Cheers! Out of curiosity, could either of you tell me a little more about Guts? Is he killable? Are there any feats against humans with minimal healing factor?

Gutts fights against Apostles (human/demons) regularly. Don't think we're even allowed to show much of what he can do because of the sheer brutality and graphic nature of the series. But I can show you this much. Gutts can take a beating like no one else, and still managed to keep from being head-skewered by an Apostle flying at sonic+ speed.

Fair enough, haha. I'm inclined to believe Guts would take this without prep, based on what little I know about him, but I'll definitely have to read some Berserk and get a fuller understanding of that universe's parameters before I make a judgment.

Like I said, super cool to discover something new though!

But the entire manga is made on him fighting in a very bloody and painful manner. So you could count half the pages as feats..

Guts in a massive stomp. Bullets won't go through his special dwarf armor and he's much faster than Sade is.

And my answer is Guts as well..

Guts would probably win even without the Berserk Armor considering the fact that his sword, the Dragon Slayer, has actually been imbued with spiritual properties from all the Apostles that he killed, meaning that being cut by the sword actually damages your spirit as well. But adding the Berserk Armor just makes this overkill.

Deathstroke would put a bullet in guts head before the fight even starts. Even without guns Slade is faster and more agile than guts. He's also tougher. I'd put a berserker armor guts at the same level of durability as Deathstroke without his own armor

@deathhero61: based on the fact that without his armor Deathstroke has survived being smashed through buildings,impaled,shot. Stuff like that. Things guts would need the armor to be able to fight through

@deathhero61: Guts has never been impaled through the torso or been shot through the head. Things Deathstroke can thanks to his healing abilities. I can't get any scans atm since I'm on my phone not computer

Of batman and co.. I think deathstroke isnt properly written honestly. With his supposed genius intellect he should be a prep king like Black Panther, Reeds, Tony and Bruce.. Maybe he is somewhat but regardless GUTs will completely annihilate him in the beserker armour.

What DS has as an advantage is his regen ability..

But i dont think he has enough in his basic armoury to crack the beserker armour..

@jonez_: yes, because of Deathstroke's healing he can take stabbings and impalements guts would need the armor to shrug off

I'd say Guts. His Berserk Armor gives him a solid advantage in physicals, and after entering the form he would probably just blitz him.
