@slacker the hacker: OMG! You knew Roland before this Whole Time!

Wow... I mean wow what a epic match up. Im going to say tie as they both are damn near equals in Aiming and Firing Speed. Roland may be better in Firing Speed and Hawkeye with Trick Arrows like the Nuke is a near auto win.

Very well match.

We should do John Marston vs Roland Deschain sometime. I'm going through a replay of Red Dead and I'm starting to grasp the fullness of how beastly John actually is.

I think I'll give my nod to Roland in a quickdraw.

@slacker the hacker: Wow that gave me goosebumps. My mother was Reading the Gunslinger when she was Pregnant with me back when it came out in the 80s. Then she passed it to me. It was the only Stephen king Books that I ever finish (other than Eyes of the Dragon... which has Randal Flagg as well LOL) and man did I follow it since I was a kid. Definatly Steaphen Kings best work.

YOU WILL OPEN TO ME!

Great little audio. Thankee Sai. ;)

@Xanni15: I have all 7 of them with the Older Gunslinger Novel (Its way more basic than the newer and more in depth version) and have almost all the Marvel Comics Graphic Novels.

@CadenceV2: Me too! I have a few of the older novels. I'm really waiting till the movies come out (Eventually... Hopefully...) so they'll release a hardcover set. :D

I feel like @CadenceV2: would have a stroke if we forced him to choose one as a winner....

So....obviously one of these two gentlemen would come out on top, even if only by a little....who would it be? :P

Thanks for reading,

Floopay

Well if I pick one base on the Images (by that Hawkeye using Guns during Ultimates 3) then I give it to Roland. Roland skill and abilities with his 2 Revolvers literary outclasses HE gun uses. Its really a quick draw and how much firepower you can put down. Roland is just as accurate to a degree and faster on the draw and firing speed.

@CadenceV2: @Xanni15: I've gone so far as to read just about the majority of King's work to find hints, clues and ties to the Dark Tower series -- and there is a lot of it to be found. The DT series it definitely well worth the read.

Roland takes it imho=)

@Wyldsong: I want to read The Stand for Flagg alone. owever it takes forever.

Also Stephen King related the Were Spider in IT in Song of Susannah to the Crimson King trying to kill him as a child when Roland Hypnotizes him :0

Such epic references and crossovers like Salems Lot The Stand, IT, Eyes of the Dragon, and so much more. I wish Marvel did more with the Crimson King. Flesh him out like they did with Randal Flagg in the comics.

@CadenceV2: The Talisman, Black House, Hearts in Atlantis, Rose Madder, The Regulators, Cell, Bag of Bones, the Mist...and a of course there are a lot more with references and/or ties...it is a lot of reading. As for the Stand, it is a long read, but well worth it in my opinion.

@CadenceV2: It was appropriate for the story being told, but I can see it not being for everyone=)
