Guardians are:

Quasar, Beta Ray Bill, Gladiator, Nova, Silver Surfer(don't know who the last one is)

Justice Leaguers are:

Superman, Wally West, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, John Stewart, Martian Manhunter, and Batman

Whew. I hate to go against JL but there's a lot of power packed into GotG....

I thought that squad was called "The Annihilators"?.....The Justice league loses...The Annihilators/Gaurdians of the Galaxy are just WAY too much firepower for even the League.

Team 1, dam thats a SHEET load of firepower. Not to mention all their abilities.

Oh and Silver Surfer beats Flash, so I don't want to hear any funny business.

League loses .... mainly due to Surfer ..... but if I had to do match-ups ....

Thats not the Gaurdians of the Galaxy. Also that last one is actually Ronan, he hasn not done anything to impressive except kill a skrull duplicate of Silver Surfer.

I would give this one to the JLA, but BRB with Odinforce is plus.

superman and martian manhunter are the only ones that can pull out a victory or survive.also the flash can survive tough..if he runs away right at the beginning of this fight.

While there are others on the GotG members who can fight various member of the JLA, the reason they win is because of SS.

He made it so that he can't speed blitz, and that they're all the same speed.

Ummmm I am pretty sure the is not the Guardians of the Galaxy... Put the real GotG. It consists of a raccoon, a dog, a tree (sort of), and a Bug. Yes, there are plenty more, but I put the ones that stand out :D

comic vine has got some rules,and this rules are : wally solos and zoom solos. wally and zoom are 2 extremely powerfull being but are also the most overrated ones. even if flash can use all his power he will not "solos" the annhilators no matter what some users will say.

SS would handle most of this by himself

this is spite. what's the purpose of putting them against the league and then nerfing the jl. that would be like saying that surfer doesn't have access to the power cosmic. since u stacked the deck, the marvel team wins.

Guardians sure have come a long way in getting recognized. This is what Guardians battles were like back when I used to always try to talk about them, and no one cared. Lol. Now it seems like everyone's an expert all of a sudden, which is great. :)

In case anyone thinks I'm poking fun at the OP creator, that's not my intention. I'm poking fun at how much different the Guardians of the Galaxy were viewed when this was made, as it is now that a movie was made.

The Annihilators didn't even needed these nerfs, in no way wally was going to one-shot the Surfer. Even if he was BFRed to the speed force he could just come back. Annihilators handily.

Flash's thing is speed. He cant even speed steal under these conditions. That is like putting in the Hulk and saying everybody has equalized speed and durability
