this GoTG team has a shot due to having Quasar's son as a quasi-precog

@oceanmaster21: The current GotG team is Starlord, Gamorra, Rocket, Groot and Drax (Which still is kind of weird to me that Starlord and Drax are alive but COMICS). They don't really stand a chance against Hal in a straight up fight. Maybe with a week of prep Rocket could come up with a weapon that can bust GL shields, but even that's pushing it. Hal should pretty easily be able to wipe them all out if he's willing to kill.

@boschepg: the first team was the one i ment but iwas adding nova to the group but forgot since i made this thread while watching a movie lol

The Guardians of the Galaxy that I read has Adam Warlock, Moondragon, and Phyla-Vell rocking either the Quantum Bands or the power of a universal abstract. They win.

The Guardians as they are now seem to top out at Groot. They lose. Messily.

Unless maybe a week of preparation gives Starlord and Rocket a chance to pull something epic out of their butts. Which they are known for...
