Swampfire... he could just burn Groot away. Swampfire also has regen, so I don't see Groot actually putting him down.

Swampfire both rounds. I remembered him holding a tower single-handedly.

Curious to the logic of pitting Swampfire in a fight without his fire in round one. Are you trying to ask who is the better tree-man?

You'd have honestly been better off asking who would win between Groot and Wildvine, since Swampfire is essentially Heatblast fused with Wildvine.

yes.. but comic groot is really powerful .. so round 2 needed to be balanced too

@ssj_god: Fair enough, but Wildvine has bombs as well. I don't really know of Comic Groots abilities though. (I feel the OPs should generally inform people of these things if there are differences.)

Swampfire stomps on GoTG movie Groot. He didn't really do anything that impressive during the movie IMO.
