dante without much difficulty. he wouldn't need to use quicksilver or doppleganger a couple slashes from rebellion would end grimmjow and yamato is overkill.
Dante. He's able to match, if not surpass Grimmjow in strength. Time manipulation makes him faster. If we're giving him his DMC 3 inventory(or even DMC 4), as well as Sparda and yamato, he's better equipped. He's also damn near(if not totally) unkillable, putting his durability off the charts. Take DMC 4 for example. In your opening fight against him, you impale him on a massive stone blade through the chest. IIRC, the placing of the blade was straight through the center of his chest, which would mean his heart is being pierced, and multiple ribs have been broken. He then has the strength and energy to pull himself off of the blade. Grimmjow got his bum handed to him when Ichigo let loose. Even with Resurreccion, Ichigo with his mask could not only tag him, but smack him around Las Noches. Dante takes it.
Edit: Missed the part in the OP detailing his gear. Still say he wins regardless.
Dante IMHO is much more powerfull. Maybe not quite as strong but pretty much immortal, has better weapons and Quicksilver, which pretty much give him the win.
