Note: As of Grifter/Midnighter #1, which takes place after the Worldstorm relaunch, Grifter has apparently regained control of his psychic powers and can use them unaided. A side effect of the Gen chemical is accelerated healing, he once recovered from a broken neck and shattered legs without any scaring. The healing factor also slows his aging.
really? telekinesis isnt enough? is it limited telekinesis or something? cause i would think that power would be enough to get around midnighter's computer.

So far he's only used his TK to move his guns through the air independent of his body, and he doesn't use this much anyway. Don't know if it's difficult for him, if he doesn't like it or if he's just not used to it yet. Midnighter had him beat recently (in the Grifter/Midnighter comic) even after his TK was restored (and he killed him before that in Armageddon). Grifter's other psionic abilities allow him to control minds, but it requires a little bit of time and for the subject to hear Grifter's voice.

oh well then nevermind. if that's all his psionics can do then midnighter definitely would win.
This seems like a good battle, but I can't vouch or against neither one of them. Not into Wildstorm like that. Don't know much about Midnighter, and I remember Grifter from the WildC.A.T.s cartoon, and I had one WildC.A.T.s comic back in the third grade...
Even though I like Grifter much better, I'm going to have to go with Midnighter due to the fact he can calculate millions of combat scenarios in a second and beat Grifter pretty bad in Captain Atom Armageddon before.
They've fought twice already pre-N52. Grifter held on surprisingly well in Grifter/Midnighter, but Midnighter slapped him around and snapped his wrists in Captain Atom: Armageddon.
Realistically, you need someone like fully powered Backlash or Nemesis from the WS-verse to take on Midnighter. And without plot, even that might not be enough.

i am well aware grifter has many advantage against midnighter to win a fight
