Need a lot more info to decide ... location, distance, gear they got, prep time or no, morals on or off ... are they fighting for a reason .. are they bloodlusted?
@rico_3088:Really, not even Deadpool? I personally think it's between Deadpool and Backlash. Deadpool is well equipped with foreign objects, guns, and he has a healing factor that makes him sorta immortal, while Backlash can generate psionic whips, can turn into mist and is immortal. So in fact, both are immortal which is one of the reasons that makes it pretty hard to decide.
@CykoJimmY: Backlash isn't really immortal. He's long lived, but he can die, and to win the fight he doesn't need to kill Deadpool. He could easily rip him limb from limb and call it a day. Backlash dances through bullets like nothing and has crossed blades with Zealot. Deadpool skill with his weaponry isn't enough to take Backlash down. On the other hand, Backlash can wrap Deadpool up and easily defeat him.
