For the first round do they still have their individual suits?

With his suit, The Chief solos.

@darktiger: First round idk i'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable on Grifter before I make a choice. For the sec round I'm leaning toward team 2 because of Black Panther I feel he might do better with prep but that depends on how much prep time they get.

Deathstroke does not out stat Master Chief. The Chief can lift over a ton easily, he has a top end run speed of 65 mph, (though he injured himself when he ran that fast) and he has under a 20 millisecond reaction time. And he does have hand to hand feats. Without his armor, when he was still a teenager, he accidentally killed some ODSTs, (marine special forces) in just a few blows.

I know Deathstroke and I like the character, but the only category he really beats the Chief in is reaction time. And hand to hand Deathstroke would have a very very tough time of hurting the Chief in his armor.

Without his suit, the Chief is outclassed by Deathstroke in virtually every way, and would definitely lose.

@Laurcus: Thats my point MC doesn't have his suit here and is outclassed by DS also DS is a 4-5 tonner he is stronger than chief with or without his suit. MC H2H feats are so few that they are non existent I'm sure he can fight he's been trained since he was a child but he doesn't have enough showing of skill against skilled opponents to say he can contend with DS H2H. I know DS would have a hard time hurting chief if he had his suit but MC would have a hard time hurting DS in his suit thats why I asked the OP is they had there suit which they don't.

If you are talking about new 52 deathstroke (which is the only version that is 4-5 tons) it was stated in the recent issue of deathstroke that the nyth metal armour increases his physicals. I don't think he is any different physically wise in the new 52 without his suit.

We don't know that for certain if its new 52. his best feat with out the suit off the top of my head is lifting some weights (in slades defence they seemed to look very big).

Assuming this is current versions of all, either Grifter soloes round one due to TK, or Panther takes is because of his recent upgrade which we don't really know anything about yet.

Depending on how much prep, Team Two can take it if they can negate Grifter's psionic powers, and get Chief something to keep him competitive.

On the whole, we need a lot more information in the OP to decide properly.
