@Son Of Storm:No. Cable wasn't winning. The Surfer repelled him, and was pushing him back, while Cable started to attack him, and land hits. In his first offensive move in that fight (see scan), SS brought Cable down. SS actually won the fight with one shot. Others have broken the board as well (Morg p.e.) Breaking the board doesn't necessitate victory.
@Son Of Storm:There is no need for that...You thought that Cable defeated the Surfer, you were wrong, and Phantom laughed about it. Nothing to exert yourself about. Everyone can make a mistake.
