It seems like spite thread... Silver Samurai can cut through literally anything (IIRC also through adamantium), he is fast and skilled. I don't see how Hulk can take him. Thunderclap? But would bloodlusted Hulk use thunderclap?

Well grey hulk does take on wolverine. Major difference here is silver samurai doesn't have Logans durability. His healing factor should keep him in the fight. Decapitation is the only option but if it were that easy wolverine probably would have done it by now.

Wolverine needs to be strong enough to put his claws trough Hulk's bones. SS is using should be able to do it without needed strength, since he is basing on some certain power, rather than normal physique laws. And in opposite to Wolverine - he can teleport thanks to some ring.

Wolverine doesn't need to be any stronger than silver samurai. He has drawn blood from hulk before. Also the teleporter ring isn't used for combat and i don't even think its standard gear (not to sure about the last part but I do know its not used for combat)
