Unless Grey Gargoyle got a MAJOR upgrade in abilities form the last time I remember him, he stands no chance.
Aquaman wins. Also why do people always place aquaman in battles near water?? I've read every issue of new 52 aquaman. And his proximity to water has never affected his strength.

I wouldn't say he stands no chance. I think Gargoyle might be a little underestimated here. We're talking about someone who used to go up against Iron Man and Thor. His stone-touch alone would be a major threat to Arthur. I won't go so far as to say that Gargoyle will take this definitively, but he should be a serious threat. He even once took down the Avengers all by himself:

True, but in water he gets access to a LOT of great speed feats that aren't as quantifiable on land, and it removes his biggest weakness against other DC powerhouses in that he can't fly. It also brings into play his telepathic dominion over the sea life which, lets face it, is still his premiere power that sets him a part from other bricks.
