Grevious, Venom, Sonic and Shadow vs Doomsday

General Grevious from Star Wars, Venom from Spider-Man, Sonic and Shadow from Sonic VS Doomsday from Super-Man. Who wins?

Note: We're talking about Super Sonic and Super Shadow. Also, Grevious with all his lightsabers.

Location: The forest.

Round 1: Sonic and Shadow don't have their Golden (Super) Form. 1 Week prep ONLY for Doomsday.

Round 2: Everyone is at their best (including Super Sonic and Shadow). No prep time for anyone.

Round 3: Everyone is bloodlusted. 2 Week prep for everyone.

Venom and Grevious are non-factors.

I don't know enough about Sonic and Shadow and their various forms, but I'm still leaning towards Doomsday, although they might pose some threat.

Sonic and shadow are stronger but they can't overpower Doomsday.
