First Fight: Hal Jordan.
Why: Richard Rider is one of the more skilled Nova Centurions. He has shown great skill and determination in the face of stronger opponents and make no mistake Hal Jordan is FAR stronger than a regular Centurion. So I can see Rider outlasting Kyle Rayner or Guy Gardner and most of the GLC members if they are this low on energy.
That said, Hal is the most skilled GL. He took on all the GLC at once. Its possible that Rider outlasts him, his brother, Robert Rider, showed what a regular can do at his best. I just think it won't work on Hal.
Second Fight: Richard Rider.
Everything has limits, even Hal's force of will. All the Nova Force combined puts Rider on the level of Galactus heralds such as Firelord, Terrax or Air-walker (note that I think that SS and Stardust are more powerful). As such he should be able to take any GL even Hal or Sodom Yat, provided there is no Ion involved. The stated rules make this a power vs power slugfest and I believe Nova comes out well ahead when fully powered.
Third Fight: Green Lantern Corps
This one is not even close. The Nova Corps are both VASTLY outnumbered and outpowered. Note that Rider has a chance in the first fight because Hal is low on energy and because Rider is rather good at what he does.
There are far more Lanters and even if not, the average Lantern outpowers the average Centurion by quite a margin. Only the best Centurions could give the Lanterns even something like a fight. And even the best Centurions would loose against any fully powered Lantern.
