He never recreated the bullet. The radeon bullet is a God weapon and Bats extracted it and reused it. The bullet would reconfigure itself with any gun and could be used with any gun. You missed the whole point of Grant's Final Crisis. God's are God's because they are physically powerful, it's about the use of thought as a weapon. If you can think it, it exists scenario.

Batman just used Darkseids own thought against him. Kind of like "what is seen cannot be unseen". The bullet was designed to kill anything, even a God. It had to kill Orion who is son of Darkseid so it would kill Darkseid himsel

He clearly says that he "inspected" the bullet, have you ever heard of Batman doing anything but a very thorough inspection? Or is Batman just a known liar now?

Lets stop this hogwash that Batman has no idea what Radion is, what it does or how to use it.

The only question here is can he replicate a similar feat in 12 hours with all of the Bat-equipment and the assistance of a Green Lantern ring?

Darkseid outclasses Batman in every single category. Also why would Darkseid just stand around and get shot when his speed outclasses Batman to the point its laughable.

This moment is similar to (Avengers movie spoilers ahead) the moment when Widow hits the machine with a staff, anyone could have done that but they are given the job to make them seem useful in the event.
