Who wins and why?

Too close of a start for Gobby to really have a chance. Sabretooth is as strong (or stronger) and will be on Norman before he has much of a chance...

Sabretooth is not even close to being as strong as Norman...Norman is in Spider-Man's Strength league....Creed is not even half of that.

The starting distance does give Creed an advantage though

Because of close starting distance, I'll give it to Sabretooth.

Because of the starting distance and lack of manuevering room for Norman to take advantage of, I give it to Creed.

Should I edit the starting distance to 30ft?

No he isn't...he''s maybe in the 3-5 ton range...but no more than that.

Edited OP to make a 40 ft starting distance to make this more fair.

Hmmmm going with Norman although this is a close fight.

Sabretooth's last "up-grade" (w/out Adamantium) put him at about 10 tons. Look it up, you'll see. : )

What issue was this? His feats seem to put him in the 2-5 ton zone from what I have seen.

Green Goblin is 9 or 10 tonner at best, while Sabretooth can lift 1 or 2 tons. As for the battle Creed slices him to pieces.

Sabertooth wins. His healing factor will heal any damage and his speed and strength are superior to that of GG's.

I'm going with creed

Victor might win due to the starting distance. Norman otherwise.
