Again assuming he sees him and I'm pretty sure he has a defence against gas that he carries with him, Joker after all is his archnemesis.

Starting hidden or not doesn't really matter as he can hide very quickly and he does do that. Stealth is one of Batman's most useful tools.

I'm pretty sure Batman is smarter than that. As soon as it became apparant that gas was coming out of the bomb he'd put the mask on. The only real shot Goblin has for this to work is to hit Batman in the face with it so that he gets a suprised gulp of gas before he holds his breath buying Goblin enough time to attack the stunned Batman.
If that's how it goes down I'll conceed Goblin about 2 out of 10 wins.

@Ferro Vida: he does... he wears bulletproof chain mail, and his skin is extremely dense allowing him to be slightly bulletproof from long distances, he has been shot by a handgun before but from a very close range... it pierced his skin, but he quickly recovered anyway

Batman has faced plenty of opponents that can lift several tongs. He defeated Amazos, Azrael, Ninja Manbats, all of which are exceptionally strong and additionally much more skilled than Goby. Remember, like Captain America, Batman is peak human, just substitute super soldier serum with intense training and impossible will power.

GG is going to be in the air 95% of time and Batman doesnt fight somebody with such great maneuverability and speed in the air on a regular basis... GG is used to tagging Spider-Man who is considerably better than Batman in virtually every category... only 2 categories Batman beats GG in would be fighting skills and more tech (although most of his tech is useless against GG)

How do you throw a barrage of bombs at someone you can't see?
Yeah he fight with people that fly around like oh I don't know... Firefly? Man-Bat? Not to mention having practiced fighting with the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman, and the freaking Flash.
And how is his tech useless? Hell all he needs to do is down the glider by shoving an explosive batarang up an exaust port and then beat the shit out of him on the ground. Or for that matter just throw up a zipline to knock him off when he flies into it.

Usually for travel cause he doesn't often need it, but that doesn't mean he can't call it when he does. I don't think it matters much where Gotham is in relation to New York by that logic Marvel and DC characters can't fight because they are in different universes.

If he's on his Glider Batman should be able to rope him down. Something he's done against Manbat several times, also something that would effect GG much more than it would Manbat. You can't prove Cap is stronger than Bats and they are both peak human.
Bombs aren't going to take out Batman anyway. Even if they did hit.

Yeah you know what with being a founding member of the JLA he's never practiced with them, now that's reaching. Not to mention he's one of the smartest people on the planet yet I suppose you want me to believe he's never come up with a plan to tackle an aerial opponent even though have the super beings on the planet can fly and faster speeds that GG. It seems you want some photographic evidence so I'll oblige.
Here he is hiding in such a way that Superman doesn't know where he is, and this guy is by far better at spotting things than GG. ;)
Now to show you how he can take down GG's glider, keep in mind how fast rotorblades spin, and that while he's doing this he's dodging missles and gunfire which is considerably faster than a thrown bomb.
And all this while protecting someone so he's not even at his full manuverability.
As for hiding you can have him start in the open for all it matters, by the time GG throws his first bomb Batman is going to be in the shadows.
