Green Arrow does have skill after year one, (he is now in the top ten martial artist in the DCU) but even with that Spider mans Agility and speed, along with spider sense gives him to much of an advantage. Spider wins this with out breaking to much of a sweat.
Spider-man can build a shield to catch any of Green Arrows shots, discovery channel did a show on it and it was called atomic static clinging He's also a crafty student genius meaning he can invent thing that would impress even Green Arrow
Spiderman has Superior Strength meaning he can just pick up and truck and squash Green Arrow with it, or put a little bit of power into his punch and knock Arrow through a wall or something
Spiderman has fought Hawkeye, who basically is a Green Arrow, he always beats him. They even gave Hawkeye a Goliath strength power up and martial arts that would impress Bruce Wayne...Spidey was still the superior hero
Spidey has healing factors, high endurance and resistance...not on Wolverine's level but enough for him to heal himself from toxic attacks or heal grave injuries Spiderman has Spider-Sense meaning he can sense where an attack is coming from and where its going, he's also got reflexes that can dodge multiple bullets fired at the same time and agility to leap the height house in a single bound, Spiderman's limbs least twice as flexible and elastic as an Olympic athlete meaning he can throw his body around in a weird form of Spider Kung Fu kicks that would put Batman to shame. it confused people as you make it sound like both events happened at the same time and that Hawkeye (as Goliath) with fantastic martial art abilities then faught Spiderman. As oyu have now pointed out they were on seperate occasions. However how can you say that Spiderman was a superior hero ? On what basis do you make that judgement. Hawkeye (as Ronin) has no powers just his human level abilities and he has given his life before to save his team-mates.
