Green Arrow vs. Hawkeye

I don't know if this is done already but I wanna see who wins and why. So here are the rules : Standard equipment and arrow has to hit the directly into the heart or there has to be a headshot.. Who wins?

Green Arrow would win .... he has greayer feats and knows his anatomy . Headshot should be easy since his done it before .... he has done a heart shot before .

This has been done in a marvel DC crossover when they fought their arrows kept hitting each other in mid air this is supposed to show that they are equal in bow skill

@ScottishWarlord: that was so Hawkeye fans weren't babies. The way I see it depending on version's GA is the better archer but H2H its probably gonna be hawkeye
