Green Arrow has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots. He once shot two arrows down two different gun barrels while upside down, in mid-flip while somersaulting off a building.
Got to go with green arrow because Ollie seems smarter because i dont think he was stupid enough to shoot scarlet witch in the back at her most powerful state
@captain_hazard: I don't think Green Arrow's used boxing gloves since the Silver Age(full of goofiness). I'd say Green Arrow wins in Marksmanship. Probably in hand to hand too. Green Arrow IS an acrobat. He'd probably do a back flip to dodge Hawkeye's arrows and shoot a finisher arrow while in mid-air.
Hawkeye packs a more explosive arsenal. Look at Avengers: Disassembled when he got blown up, took an entire Kree starship with him. Plus, he's just flat out crazy. I mean, anyone willing to try and take out Mephisto with an arrow is nuts. I don't know who'd win but I'm inclined to give it to the crazy guy with the big weapons.
yea but purple arrow only carrys normal arrows and explosive while green arrow carrys lots others like gas smoke freeze and lots more. Marvels massive rippoff of green arrow looses. plus when you create a rippof you tend to make it better but they didn't. green arrow is still way cooler. and green is better at close combat. and is stronger to. and green arrow is more intelligent not only in planning in combat. a bit like batman but not as good. batmans the king of vigilantes.

oh yeah green arrow owns his own network and works allown. plus hawkeye cant survive without black widow or shield. and green arrow is more funny. so don't be a byast bitch people have different opinions. mine is green im a DC fan. plus hawkeye is a majer rippof of green. anyway im going for green because he can shoot faster. he's better at getting his arrows out and shooting them quicker. since hawkeye is a rippof you gotta deduct points of him. so make him less good at shooting arrows. plus green would still win without the deduction. and hawkeye may hav better explosives but green has gas arrows frost arrows and lots more. green is also mare clever and in new 52 he has that detective vision that batman has from the arkham series. green wins. its just life face it.

green arrows faster at shooting bows. hawk eye due have better explosives but green has other equipment. and is a better fighter. and has know one payed attention to the thing he had. his detective vision from new 52. anyway green would cover the place in gas. and if this is them 2 alown. green arrows gonna be better. because hawk eye has worked allown very few times. green arrow was alown on a island. and green is more stealthy. and a better fighter.

You obviously just know Hawkeye from the movies, he has nothing to do with Black Widow in the comics (at least not used to) he worked alone and lead Avengers and Thunderbolt teams.There is nothing he can't replicate and do more in the noob feats you mentioned.

I can't put that many zeroes onto a post and make it readable. You are aware that GA has been published since November 1941 right?? You are aware that in the Grell era alone he would fight and take down with his fists 5 to 6 guys an issue. You are aware that some of the guy's he's beaten in H2H are pretty uber on DC's h2h combatant list like Slade Wilson ( in fact he's done it twice maybe three times, once in issue 84 or 85 in the mid 90's. Ollie was at a casino in vegas and was targeted by some assassins. In that issue alone he beat up h2h about 10 professional assassins and then Deathstroke.
Accuracy - neither is any better than they other. Under Grell Ollie went without trick arrows for alost 10 years and for 9 of it wasn't a killer. The guy fired an arrow from the ground into the rifle scope of a sniper on the 10th floor of a building and ko'd him with his own gun. He also fired an arrow to deflect a bullet on it's way to killing a target to save the intended target and succeded. I can't think of a single Clint feat that is better.
H2H- Pre Natas training They were about even post Ollie has the advantage.
