I figure Hawkeye is a bit rusty from being dead recently.

Hawkeye packs a more explosive arsenal. Look at Avengers: Disassembled when he got blown up, took an entire Kree starship with him. Plus, he's just flat out crazy. I mean, anyone willing to try and take out Mephisto with an arrow is nuts. I don't know who'd win but I'm inclined to give it to the crazy guy with the big weapons.

Hawkeye is cooler, he once lead a alternate version of the Tunderbolts that had Taskmaster in it. Has Green Arrow ever led a team?

well, i dunno crap about either. but it seems from that pic hawkeye would problly win...if not he more than likely has the better costume. also, can you still find hawkeye comic books? j/w b/c i've been reading pretty much just hulk, and some ghost rider, and a lil bit of inhumans.

well olie i think is the better but his replasment is doing well,red arrow will be a better marksman when hes older.

I would say Hawkeye. He doesn't hold back. Green Arrow uses boxing glove arrows etc where Hawkeye will just put an arrow in somebody. I mean the guy went into battle with Galactus with regular tipped arrows that he carved himself. He is brave and/or crazy enough to do anything to get the job done.

They're both pretty much equal in terms of accuracy, but Ollie is definitely superior in close quarters.

Hawkeye is not a loser but he can't beat the Master Archer,Green Arrow

Hawk Eye is better. He carries Explosive Arrows to put down Ultrons, Adamantium Arrows, Lightning strength Electric Arrows, Gas Arrows, ect ect. he also has way better H2H feats as he was train by Cap in H2H personaly and proved it by fighting as Rhonin when he came back to life taking on the Hood's Wrecking Crew and other Super strength Baddies. Heck he took down a Kree Battleship by himself.

Hawk Eye had sex with Scarlet Witch.

HE was dead and hadnt touch a Bow since his resurection. Kills 4 Super Skrulls like nothin.

They're pretty much equals. Both get bullseyes a lot and both have powerful arrows. H2H is probably a stalemate too. The only area I'm not sure about is dodging. I know Hawkeye dodges really well but I'm not sure about Ga, I don't really read his stuff that much.

@jsav777:They aren't really equals, Ollie is clearly better than Clint is. Better feats, more skilled and Ollie is more intelligent and creative than Hawkeye is. Hawkeye really is a poor mans Green Arrow.

I feel like Ollie is smarter than hawkeye and is better at H2H, but Hawkeye has a better arsenal, while they have similar accuracy and arrow shooting speed. This is why with prep I say Ollie wins and in just a straightup battle Hawkeye wins. Ollie would also win a h2h battle.
