Just h2h
Battle in a dojo
New 52 vesrions, but all feats count.
This Happened in the TV series Arrow and Green Arrow won and Deadshot was based on his new 52 version

Thats not even funny. If you're gonna troll, at least do it right.
Definitely Ollie. Deadshot isn't anything special at all when it comes to hand-to-hand. I haven't read the last few issues of Suicide Squad, but I don't recall Floyd getting any overly impressive feats lately -- be it accuracy or unarmed.
in arrow, arrow beats him but i think deadshot would win
In comics Ollie definitely has better hand to hand feats going for him.

This.

Ollie easy, is very underrated in h2h skill. I remember once where he was able to best Deathstroke.
He's done that twice. Both were WIS and PIS. No WAY should Ollie on his best day ( even post Natas training) beat Slade

Deadshot. (Floyd) not Deathstroke (Slade)
Ollie did not "best" Deathstroke. He prepped like hell just to fight Slade on even grounds, and even then he only won because Slade was intentionally trying to lose so he could get arrested and infiltrate the prison Constantine Drakon was being held in.

Have a look at the post I replied to. Ddecourt said that Ollie would win because he's beaten Deathstroke, his name IS Slade.

Agreed, the other one was just completely crap/ PIS. It was back when Ollie was financially broke not long before he won a fortune again gambling. A battle in a motel hallway as i recall. It was just garbage writing.

Yeah that's true but I remember that Slade got surprised, he even stated that Ollie was a different man from before.

That was because Ollie had spent a year training under Slade's old sensei.
Ollie should take a solid majority.
As far as I know, Floyd doesn't have any amazing hand to hand feats.
Yea Arrow stomps. I stopped reading after Hunt for Harley Quinn but it never seemed like he cared to fight that way at all. Actually pre-52, preferred bullets to fist, so while in great shape, he's nowhere near Ollie or ever has been.
