Arrow while the choreography isn't as good he has more feats. Especially durability feats vs metahumans. Matt has yet to fight a skilled metahuman besides Madam Gao who one shotted him sorta.

And can dodge objects and attacks due to his incredible senses . . . So . . . He has also gone toe to toe with Kingpin but Arrow has fought Deathstroke . . . I'd put the money down on Daredevil

He needed to depower Slade BUT Arrow has fought more notable people and has tackled metahumans. Arrow wins for meow.
Daredevil. GA struggles with Constantine Drakon whose best speed feat is catching arrows. DD catches Green Arrow's first shot and throws it back at him before Oliver can react
Until Season 2 comes out I don't think Matt can take him. He can dodge or tank Ollies arrows but I don't see Matt winning. Lol at Ollie plot killing xD
