This is a really good Fight!

But i'd say Green Arrow his arrows could probably fly faster than Captain's bommerang's so if he just shoots and duck's Captain Boomerang is dead with the Aim of Green Arrow!

Yes

The main reason I thought this would be good is because I thought Boomerang's trick boomerangs might be able to contend with GA's trick arrows. Though if GA would beat Boomerang so easily, it's hard to see how Boomerang was ever much of a foe for Flash.

Any Green Arrow beats any Captain Boomerang.

Old school Ollie beat Digger back in the day.

Owen is better than Digger (though Digger was much better than most give him credit for) but he's still a rookie and he only throws and catches fast. Both GAs are good enough to take him down with one arrow and tough enough to take the boomerang or two that Owen gets off first.

Even if Owen cuts the bowstring (which one would hope he would think to do but lets me honest, the guy isn't a rocket scientist), either GA is smart enough to charge him and enough of a better fighting in hand to hand to beat him down despite taking an extra hit or so.

I know people will probably say Owen will just escape with his super speed, but he won't. Like Cold says "He just throws 'em fast and catches 'em fast. He isn't a runner."

I seem to remember him running fast at least once. Might have been during his tryout for the Outsiders, can't remember. Anyone remember that or have that comic?

He can run fast (even did in his first appearance), but he generally can't control it...which is why he doesn't do it in combat.

He isn't like the Flash.

You don't need to be the Flash or even have much control to run fast and hit someone in the throat. He doesn't even need to aim a punch really, he could run straight with a sharp boomerang pointing towards GA. No skill or intelligence needed at all for that.

I'd say it requires some skill but Owen does have skill in throwing boomerangs.

If he ran at either Connor or Ollie, I expect they'd trip him.

He hit Nightwing with super speed punches and all he could do was throw up his arms to cover his face until Boomerang stopped. (Then he hit him a bunch of times.) He ran at him after that (while forcing him to deal with boomerangs) and Nightwing wasn't able to do anything before he was hit that time. If he had been carrying a sharp boomerang he could have impaled him then. I think a similar tactic would work on GA. Throw out some boomerangs that he has to either avoid or shoot down and blitz him while he's doing that. If he's using a large number of boomerangs GA won't be able to handle all of them and him all at once, especially if Boomerang's moving too fast for him to properly defend against. He could vary it up some, use trick boomerangs, send GA's arrows back at him, change when he uses his speed in the fight or something else, but I think he's got a great shot at winning.

I dislike boomerangs, they are troublesome objects and often dont return to me...
