Setting: A warehouse with crates in it, the lights are turned off

Weapons: Black Mask: has a sharp,long,curved knife,and Duel Pistols(Beretta M9s)

Weapons: Great White Shark: A Machete,and a Pistol(Glock)

Other weapons around the area IN CRATES: 4 machetes, 1 tommy gun,crowbar, 1 grenade, and a chainsaw. (The 4 machetes and tommy gun are closer to Black Mask, while the Crowbar and Chainsaw are closer to Great white shark,with the Pineapple Grenade being right in the middle mysteriously. )

Defense: Black Mask has a Kevlar Vest underneath his shirt.

Defense:Great white shark has a Riot Shield laying in a crate next to him

BM is just a way better marksman, fighter, ect.

I would agree with your answer. Black Mask is also a very brutal fighter, and pretty good at H2H, if it does come down to that aspect.
