Well probably Spiderman, he can land enough hits to KO GG without getting touched and turned into stone. Incapacitation via webbing could work if Spidey properly webbed down GG's right hand wrist and then webbed the rest of his body down.
@BringnIt: Just punching the Gargoyle would be sufficient to slowly start turning Spider-Man to stone, and even the proposed tactic of webbing his hands wouldn't really matter, since the webbing would in turn transform to stone, too. On top of that, Gargoyle is at least durable enough to withstand a barrage of direct hits from 90s Iron Man and keep on fighting, and Iron Man even in an outdated armor was still way beyond anything Spider-Man is capable of producing in terms of striking force and overall strength. The fight would take a while, but excluding agility, Gargoyle is stronger and so much more durable that speed is irrelevant and Spider-Man's sole means of victory is incapacitation, likely by trapping the Gargoyle under debris or something of that sort. While that would be the most probable outcome in an actual comic book, well, it isn't so much here.
