if graviton can beat team one, then he will be fully rested for team two.

team one: captain atom, red tornado, steel, vigilante and shining knight

team two: Mongul, brainiac, bizarro, deadshot and the shade

Captain Atom has the perfect power set to beat graviton. He can still use his powers while unable to move.

Gravition loses both rounds. Captain Atom can beat him as @pr0metheus stated. And for round two, I don't think the Shade's darkness constructs would be affected by Graviton's powers either.

he will be dead before he gets to team 2. team one is too versatile.
