Hmmm.

I'm gonna say Graviton. With prep it'd probably be a different story though.

Graviton wins in a direct confrontation, Doom with prep is another matter.

What doom going to do Prep after he is KOed

I give it to Doom. He's got an IG (2 of them actually) and he's Doom. He's defeated Magneto on the fly

...so we've got Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Thing, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Captain America, She Hulk, and lord knows who else, but he's not gonna be able to do the same to Doom because he's not "bright at all"?

As Nathaniel said: 60 ft fight over. Graviton can even control or bend light, literally making Doom a blind man.
