Graviton vs Count Nefaria

These two beat an entire Avengers team (one with Iron Man, Thor and Wonder Man on it)  

Who would win if they fought each other?

I would give it to Graviton.

I don't think Nefaria had his weird Ionic powers or even his other powers when he first fought the Avengers, so I'd give it to Graviton

Gravity won't stop the eye-beam lasers that Nefaria will attack Graviton with at superhuman speed, much to swiftly for Graviton to even react. (Only the gravitational pull of a black hole can affect photons, and Graviton is not capable of that amount of gravity even if he somehow reacted in time).

Graviton, he subconsciously increases his durability, and even when nerfed still took a temperature of the sun blast from Iron Man without shields. He just increases Nefarias G's until hes crushed, or removes them so he floats into space.

WOW I love how Similar these Pair look, Lets add Baron Mordo and Dr strange!! but Hehe, I can't decide.... ohhhh Nefaria 5.5/10 as there both underrated, Neglected and Super Amazing.. but Nefaria's feats are just that bit more funny, Thor's Hammer just bouncing off his chest, amazing!

Count Nefaria seems to be a better fighter from what I've seen. Graviton never seems to have it all together.

Nefaria drains him IIRC. Able to drain others of energy. If he cannot guess Graviton wins.
