I'll need to look at chiyos feats but her only fight was against sasori right?

Yep, an I think she had some minor feats during the war.

@thatguywithheadphones: I'm undecided at the moment skimming through the sasori fight again. Her puppets seemed capable of moving in a blur (at least the ones that were sasoris parents, I assume her other puppets were as fast) and she can control 10 at a time. Not to mention chiyo herself was fast enough to dodge sasoris attacks. Cassie can win if she can get in close which is possible if she can destroy the puppets. I'm just not sure if she can avoid all the puppets at the same time. Especially since they don't have muscles to read meaning Cassie doesn't have her body reading against them.

@jashro44: She was able to react to sound barrier breaking projectiles IIRC.

Thats impressive but Cass has dodged bullets after they are fired. And a sniper bullet after it is fired.

Plus, she has a ton of other high-end speed-feats, that the puppets don't have.

Bullets travel faster than sound, and Cass has many bullet-dodging feats, including sniper-bullet dodging feats.

@bat_girl_cc: Cass needs to be a lot faster than blur speeds though since this is basically 10 on 1. Plus she is without her body reading and they have ranged attacks:

@thatguywithheadphones Regular bullets are in the same ballpark I believe. Sniper bullets are mach 2 though. My main point was Cassie has dodged projectiles that fast as well.

I don't think Cass can get close to be effective.

I think she can get up close. And when she does, pressure points ftw.

Cass vs 10 bullet-timers...hum...Cass is faster than the most, plus she's alive (which means that she's more versatille) and she's crazy skilled, she should be able to out-maneuver them, imo. Cass still wins! :)

Couldn't she just use her Chakra Threads to control Batgirl?

But these puppets are controlled by an alive person. So Cass isn't really more versatile.

She's never controlled anyone against their will to my knowledge.

Honestly, Chiyo should win casually anyways...

Generally, I don't think street levelers are anywhere near jounin class imho.
