Mace is just outclassed. Collectively, the duo could press and possibly even win some rounds against Luke in direct saber combat, but his Force powers would easily annihilate Mace, so I hardly consider that a likely prospect.
Luke can beat them if this is a 3-way or if its Luke vs Yoda and Mace. Although it would be a little more difficult. Luke could dispose of Mace quickly and then its Luke vs Yoda.
