This fight is happening in an alternate universe, where Image and Wildstorm are one and the same. The Viltrumites have become increasingly aggressive in asserting their control over the Earth, but have continually been easily thwarted by Wildstorm's Big Three, Mr. Majestic, The High, and Maximum Man. Tired of getting word from his loyal right-hand man General Kregg that the Viltrumites are no closer to achieving their goal of complete domination over the Earth, the Regent has decided to take matters into his own hands. He has also sent a platoon of 50 Viltrumites to Khera, which is why Mr. Majestic is not present in this fight, as he is defending his home planet. Mr. Majestic has also called Maximum Man to accompany him just in case. The High is rendered the only member of the Big Three left to deal with the Regent. As the Regent approaches Earth, The High meets him, right by the Skywatch base.
Morals are off completely for both combatants. All powers are allowed on both sides, including Heat Vision and Sonic Scream for The High. Win is by incapacitation or K.O. Both combatants start off 50 feet away from each other. No BFR. Who wins?
