Grodd comes to Manhattan to hide out from the JL... sources let Ock Spidey know of this threat and goes after Grodd. Who wins? Battle takes place in a warehouse.

Grodd should win quite handily. TP and TK are too much for SpOck. Not to mention he has the reflexes and speed to tag Flash..so getting a hold of SpOck shouldn't be much trouble.

In the Pre-52 universe, Bats incapacitated Grodd in JLA Classified with Batarangs and a kick to the gonads. One could consider it an instance of jobbing though.

Both New and pre 52 Grodd should stomp here.

Wally needs to break the sound barrier to put Grodd down, so yeah, I think Grodd was jobbing.

JLA Classified was ridiculous, same series that had Batman one shotting Wonder Woman and Martian Manhunter.
