Man..... ok, I'm probably going to regret this but I'm saying Grodd. Unless there's some new feats I'm not aware off, without the Cosmic Rod, I think Blastaar and Grodd are usually shown as being pretty comparable physically, with a slight edge to Blastaar. Without the Cosmic Rod, I don't think Blastaar has anything that can protect him from Grodd's mental attacks.
