I'm going to assume Gon. This is his strongest form and he is being set up to be the strongest in his family line, which is strong enough to survive the dark continent for hundreds of years. That's all conjecture though, but it's hard to judge since both ant king and Gon won their respective fights with little effort

Meruem Post Mini Rose would wreck Gon considering he has even more power and speed than before he fought Netero. Adult Gon has barely any feats compared to Meruem anyway, he stomped Pitou while Meruem was no selling Netero until the explosion.
