Iron Man takes all 3 rounds. Easily. GA Superman was a 30-40 tonner at best. IM is a 100 tonner easily. He's taken shots from Hulk and Thor plus he can fly and has long range weapons.

If by golden age he meant action comics 1 supes. That supes only ran 700 mph, was a 40-60 tonner, and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
It depends on when during the GA, in 38 he was a 20 tonner, couldn't fly and could be hurt by hand grenades. While in 45-47 he was getting closer to modern Superman.
