How the hell is Ryu supposed to fight in the moon? He lacks ogyxen. Any fight against Goku involving Ryu is a stomp, DBZ characters are way too powerful for SF characters.

However, if you ask me, Ryu is more skilled than Goku in martial arts.

I highly doubt that. Goku has been training intensively since he was a toddler and has fought on other worlds not to mention in seclusion in the hyperbolic time chamber and on the space pod with 200x gravity. He has fought the most powerful warriors in the universe whilst Ryu has fought........Sagat -_- and Akuma.....great but not that great cha feel?

Yup, but Goku's fighting style consists of whatever Roshi taught him and...that's it. His subsequent training methods have been merely to make him stronger and his ki more powerful, which is the primary method of warring in the DBZ universe. It's not that much about skill (at least later in the series), but about how powerful your ki and ki blasts are...which is actually commendable.

However, if both Ryu and Goku were in the same level physically, Ryu would be the better fighter; he constantly trains and develops his martial art to become a better technical fighter whereas Goku trains to raise his ki levels.

Frieza isn't exactly an expert on Saiyan anatomy, or a trustworthy person. For that matter, Goku doesn't know anything about Saiyan anatomy either. Goku's actions, which are likely based on ignorance, cannot be cited as proof that Saiyans can't survive in space. The opinions of other Saiyans, that grew up in Saiyan culture, like Bardock and Vegeta, are much more important.

Also, how do you think the Saiyans migrated to Planet Plant in the first place, 1000 years before they gained space flight technology from the Arcosians?

And for the record, SS4 is canon imo. Why is SS4 canon? Very simple, Toriyama made it. Anime vs manga vs movies vs GT, none of that means a thing to me. When it comes to authority, the only one that matters is the one that made the franchise, and that's Akira Toriyama. He worked on several parts of GT, and he approves of it, that canonizes the whole thing in my mind.

So, if he doesn't need the suit, he's gonna wear it anyway ... so he can survive in space without it cuz he wore it? Yeah ... thats a great explanation there, made BUNCHES of sense. (lol not). And PIS is PIS when it isn't explained. Power Pole to the moon makes as much sense as Saiyans flying through space to get to Planet Plant, especially when both are not explained in any way concerning HOW they got to those places .... Akira Toriyama DID NOT make DB GT ... 1. You first point is a straw man. Broly, Bardock, and Vegeta have all survived in space unaided, and they are the same species as Goku. If you told me you could fly, I would believe you if flight was a common trait of your species.

Goku wearing a space suit means nothing. Suppose for a second that I'm right, (difficult concept I know) why wouldn't Goku use a space suit? He would have no way of knowing that he can survive in space, and no way of testing it. His only information about that would have been second hand.

Frieza isn't exactly an expert on Saiyan anatomy, or a trustworthy person. For that matter, Goku doesn't know anything about Saiyan anatomy either. Goku's actions, which are likely based on ignorance, cannot be cited as proof that Saiyans can't survive in space. The opinions of other Saiyans, that grew up in Saiyan culture, like Bardock and Vegeta, are much more important.

Also, how do you think the Saiyans migrated to Planet Plant in the first place, 1000 years before they gained space flight technology from the Arcosians?

When was vegeta floating unaided in space ... and neither in manga nor in anime have we seen GOKU himself breathe in space ... without that solid evidence, there is no evidence that GOKU can survive unaided in space since there are statements that say otherwise that were directed toward goku specifically on that very subject ...

The only ones that ever say Saiyans can't survive in space are Frieza and King Kai, neither of which know jack about Saiyan anatomy. King Kai didn't even know about Super Saiyans, other than a legend, by contrast, Old Kai knew exactly what a Super Saiyan 4 was when Goku turned into it. I guess that's the difference between being 5k years old and 75 million years old.

Super Saiyan 4 isn't even canon, no wonder why you think saiyans can survive in space .... don't have to explain how Saiyans got to Planet Plant, like how the show and manga didn't have to explain how kid goku got to the moon on his Power Pole ... 2) No, no he did not. Toriyama did not make DB GT, he stopped at the end of DBZ, GT was made by the animation company in order to cash in on on Goku (hence why the story is pretty crappy as compared to the rest of the series).

Broly is a non canon movie character, Bardock happened after Goku used the space suit, and Vegeta was in space unaided in an anime only non canon FILLER EPISODE ......

There is NO MANGA for GT, it is ANIME ONLY, the Manga and one movie (Bardock movie) was made by Toriyama .. THATS IT ... GT Had NOTHING, to do with Toriyama AT ALL ....
