Fight takes place in the air over Islands. Goku can go SSJ4. No prep. No morals. Win by Death. Who wins?

He can't kill Onslaught, but he can certainly be killed. The most he'd do is break his armor and that only unleashes his true form as a being of pure psionic energy that can only be destroyed by launching a bunch of non-mutants into it, and having another team blasting it after two of his batteries (Nate and Franklin) are removed.
