Not really a fair battle. Goku has plenty of feats to choose from while Metroman is very limited and is situated around a single film and roughly 30 minutes of feats at best. Even then, he was basically completely invulnerable and his powers were a complete replicate of Superman's. Still, it's unfair to gauge one against the other due to lack of feats.

Instant transmission skill means he can go anywhere instantenously(you can see that in DBZ videos in U tube). but light will take some time to go anywhere
