the battle takes place either on the dying planet of namek or the dying planet of krypton. 
 
its a knock-down drag out brawl to the death,if the winner cannot kill due to high morals then the looser shale be left on the dying planet 
 
until....KA-BOOM!!!

Goku dies from the siezure involving not only his bright SSJ7 glow, but the strain his heart gets from having to yell soooo much to get there. 
Superman puts him out of his misery. 
 
Also time to mention, this battle is probably the type that will get locked, even if its your fanfic Goku.
