Goku (DBZ) vs Luffy (One Piece) in a friendly eating competition

I can't remember the movie but I remember there was a DBZ movie showing Goku eating(one among many, I know), and he had eaten everything in the restaurant. Their table had so many empty dishes on it you couldn't even count them, not counting the ones that had already been taken away.

Goku isn't even in the same league as Luffy when it comes to eating.

Goku can win if he's allowed to power up during, but that's dumb and shouldn't be allowed. Luffy should stomp.

Luffy is made of gum gum, so he can eat as much as he wants

But Goku could abuse the DragonBalls = bigger stomach etc.
