I wanna jump on the bandwagon too. Goku and Vegeta can power up to SS4. Thor and Odin have their usual gear, but if necessary Thor can get the belt of strength.
Everyone is fighting morals off to the best of their abilities.
Thor just gets to chill and bang Sif, Jane Foster, and Amora (Anyone else find it weird that Peter Parker has more women vying for him than Thor?) simultaneously while Odin wrecks the DBZ duo with his galaxy busting prowess.
Thor is a viking god, he should be getting an awful lot more tail than he canonically gets. I mean, *Hulk* has Thor tied in terms of love interest count. Then again, the Norse gods were much better at keeping it in their pants than their Greek counterparts.

You just really can't compete with Odin at his prime without being a skyfather yourself. Surfer and Thanos, both pretty much at the peak of herald level at the time, tried and utterly failed to bother him. He fought with Seth and the backlash of the two beings fighting reverberated across the marvel multiverse. His fights with Surtur have destroyed galaxies as collateral damage. He uses entire stars to make trinkets like Mjolnir. This is a guy who Dormammu, who has fought Eternity and avoided getting horribly curbstomped; has admitted to being his equal in spite of Dormammu's colossal ego, and he's quite frankly beyond people who's main methods of dealing with things is punching and blasting them. There's no shame in losing to Odin though. He's just on a level above 99.99% of all characters in fiction.
But seriously, to be fair, Thor alone would probably go down, and I'm not sure how strong is the Megingjard in the Marvel Universe, so I don't know if using it will give him an advantage or not, but teaming him with Odin is definitely a stomp, even having them face Odin alone would be a stomp.
And yeah, most of the DB main cast is easily above their "Gods" level, but to be honest, most of the DB Universe Gods are completely useless and cannot be compared to a Marvel Universe God.
