Trying to cause some trouble in Tony's neighborhood.

So Mrs Pepper heard about it and got scared

"Tony, Godzilla is coming you better prepare"

Tony has 7 days prep, with his full arsenal. Can he take down Godzilla?

You obviously know nothing of Ironman, or the technology he wields.

Let me break it down for you. With less prep time he took on the Phoenix, en entity that can go toe to toe with Galactus. He would of stopped World War Hulk when he came to Earth, but his equipment to clam him down was sabotaged. And World War Hulk was soloing Marvel Earth.

Give Tony a week prep time, he will have thousands of Ironman bots a his disposal, biological weapons which would rip apart Godzilla's flesh.

Tony with prep is a monster, take his billion dollar company and turn that into a war fortress with the greatest scientific minds.

And I see no reason why he wouldn't call Reed Richards for extra help to kill Godzilla, they would study him with long range scanner and find a weakness.

Godzilla has a healing factor, Godzillas been hit with deep freezes and lived under them for hundreds of years and took astroids without damage.... Can Ironman do that? I don't see why Ironman wouldn't just bring out the Thorbuster suit..?

Side note: Godzilla beat fantastic four and avengers (including thor) at the same time. He has also received upgrades over time as they have. He is extremely durable, and has a ridiculous healing factor. G man should win based on this ... at worse case scenario it is a draw because I dont think IM can think of an answer for godzilla.

Godzilla is way too durable, strong and massively huge for Ironman to handle by himself. Godzilla's powers are way too diverse and he has taken down universal beings and that's huge. Sure maybe Ironman can hold off Godzilla...for a couple seconds, but then he get's atomically blown away into little smothered paperclips.

As much as I'd like for Godzilla to win, he can't, not in these conditions that is. The Final-Wars version of Godzilla proved to be the most powerful, but Tony is a Billionaire with the best equipment money can buy. Couple that with 7 days prep, he'd come up with a number of methods to defeat Godzilla.

Fighting Hulk and Thor is completely different from fighting Godzilla. The only thing Godzilla will be doing is either using his tail or atomic-ray, Godzilla is quite one-dimensional. Powerful, but one-dimensional, with 7 days of prep, he can win this. Godzilla will be slower than Hulk and Thor, he's also very big in size and an easy target to hit.

I'd still agree that Final-Wars Godzilla is the most powerful incarnation, with Burning-Godzilla in second.

@XImpossibruX: Tony goes to the Prince of Belair, they decide on the strat, and then challenge Godzo' into a dance fight. Disgusted that he can't do an upside down crazy spin because of his short arms, the Lingering Lizzard returns to the bottom of the ocean hoping that people will forget his ridiculous moves if he stays in the dark for long enough.

Tony's Phoenix armor didn't work, his Hulk-buster never works, his Thor-buster never works. Tony couldn't take Cap one-on-one at the end of Civil War. Fighting Sentinels is not the same as fighting Godzilla. Mecha-Godzilla is basically a Godzilla sized Ironman armor, and that hasn't worked to well against Godzilla. Godzilla easily beats Ironman.. Someone like Superman, Thor or the Surfer would be way better.
