Only problem I am seeing is Ra being in it's Phoenix form, and Slifer's second mouth attack which can weaken his enemies down to half of their power.

Godzilla IMO, unless the three some how fuse. It never ends well when that happens.

@Pistolwhip1: This is true, but they are fighting in a city where there is nuclear energy. godzilla can restore his power back this way by absorbing it, so it probably would end in a stalemate with him and Slifer going back and forth, while one is lowering the other power and one is restoring his power back. I think Obelisk The Tormentor would be the first one to go down.

Seriously? How are people comparing a card monster to monster that actually has feats?

Probably because they're actually real, and not just cards.
Pegasus went to Egypt and found their heiroglyphs of them, and made cards out of them. Needless to say to people that worked on making the cards were never seen again.
That, and they were fighting Zork in Ancient Egypt back before they had holograms.
