His atomic breath is far more destructive then either Godzilla 2000 or Godzilla 1954, being able to create a mushroom cloud. It also has longer reach then Godzilla 2000's if I remember correctly as well.
Some may say but what about Godzilla 2000's regen? Well GMK Godzilla could survive as a heart which was shown beating at the end and going off the film, the fact that he could survive being reduced to a organ is extremely impressive
