Stalemate. It could go either way.

All the mutants you listed are Omega-level, and Iceman has fought Thor before and I think he won.

MAYBE the mutants. I'm not sure.

I think Loki could seriously hurt if not disable Iceman with his magic, and Thor can take care of Magneto, Quicksilver and Namor aren't going to take down Thor. If Iceman is left unchecked then maybe the mutants could take it, but I doubt either Loki or Thor would let that happen. In the end I see Loki's magic being to much of a wildcard for the mutants to deal with, coupled with Thor's durability/striking power/weather manipulation and host of other abilities, are enough to give them the win.

Thor is stronger in Asgard than earth he was able to get the upperhand on a Skyfather . Magneto , Namor & Quicksilver have all been beaten . Ice Man only fought like that when he was blood lusted . He can't use his powers yet to his full potential on his own I believe . Gods win

Namor and Qiucksilver are pretty useless. I'm not familiar with current Loki feats though, and Magneto in a serious disadvantage if he cannot use the weapons here. I dunno, assuming these are current versions of gods mutants can win mainly due to Iceman.

@uugieboogie: You are right if everyone is in character the Gods should win... only a bloodlusted Iceman would most likely give the mutants the win but since hes in character he will hold back

stalemate. Magneto and Iceman are a hard pair to beat even for three of the heavy hitters.... but their teammates have to pull something out the rear to over come the other team. ends in a draw because by the time they get Mags and Iceman weak enough to take down everybody will be to tired to do it.

Going with gods w/ Loki as the MVP. his magic should be trouble for everyone on the mutant side.
