No idea who Helstorm is, so it's hard to make a decision.
Assuming Helstorm is around the same power level as the rest... it's a close fight. I'm leaning towards the Aliens because of speed. Thor is a weak link because he's so slow. Also, his lightning attack would be laughed off by people like Superman, who can see lightning moving in slow motion, and hence avoid it if he wants to. Supergirl and Power Girl should have the same speed advantage. In a high-speed no morals blitz Thor will get wrecked quickly.

It's true that Superman has gotten hit by electrical type attacks before, but then again we know that in-character he tends to tank attacks. So in-character yeah I see that happening. Once things go bloodlusted, not so much. He's quite capable of avoiding such lightning attacks if he so chooses.
In theory Thor can dish out the most damage per attack with the God Blast, but then again that's a rare attack and should be easy to avoid for someone with super speed like the Supers unless they're jobbing.
Black Adam has raced and fought Flash at super-speed, so he has showings that put him up there.
Power Girl is Kryptonian, so we know she has super speed. Also, she has fought and blized Wonder Woman, so she has showings.
1.My answer to bloodlust round was already speedblitz for Aliens ;-)
2.Black Adam used it in race, but he doesn't do it in battles.
3.She has "some" speed, but it isn't measurable and she also don't depends on that. Superman class (Kal-L) and characters below (Black Adam) already stomped her as a cannon fodder. She is a weak link without anything speciall to add for her team, while Hellstorm actually has magic and hellfire, which will be important in last round.
